image How is teacher learning recognised when much of it happens through practice, reflection and dialogue? This new European Schoolnet Academy report looks at how assessment approaches are evolving across Europe in response to changing classroom realities.

Assessing Teacher Learning in the Age of AI brings together perspectives from research and practice on how teacher learning is currently assessed and supported across Europe. It explores how portfolios, observation, mentoring and professional dialogue are used to recognise growth over time. The report also considers how new digital tools are prompting renewed attention to process-based evidence and professional judgement.

The report is intended as a resource for teachers, teacher educators, school leaders and policymakers interested in how professional learning is recognised today.
