The challenges teachers are facing in their daily work have increased. The digitalisation of the educations system requires them to adapt and change their teaching practices. To keep up with these new trends and changes, they need training and support.

According to the OECD Teaching and Learning International Survey (TALIS), many teachers do not have access to the necessary and appropriate training.

TeachUp project, through this publication, aims to shed light on this issue and offer areas for action and solutions for teachers. To this end, the report focuses on the importance of MOOC - Massive Open Online Courses, scalable online training formats, as a solution. Policy Makers and teacher training providers have access, through this report, to an overview of the results and the related recommendations from TeachUP.
