Scientix has grown substantially since the beginning of its first stage in 2010, and this publication details the results of that growth and the successes of the initiative. It also contains suggestions on how to take those successes forward into the future of STEM education in Europe.

This publication deals with all aspects of Scientix, from the resources it provides, to the events it has made possible and how it contributes to national initiatives on STEM education and the knowledge and practicesit has helped disseminate. Where possible, we have tried to bring facts and stats to show how education professionals and others have helped Scientix become such a vibrant and inclusive community for everyone interested in improving the understanding of STEM in our society.
