This report is based on the findings of the monitoring actions of eTwinning by the Central Support Service in the year 2010. The monitoring focused on three countries that have shown success in their eTwinning activities, namely Estonia, Poland and Spain, and examines three main questions: What is the relationship between eTwinning and professional development? How do they influence each other and how do they support each other? How can eTwinning contribute to professional development, and vice versa?
