Over the years, the ingredients of the eTwinning feast have grown in range, quality and diversity. It has expanded to cover a range of experiences appealing to a variety of palates. In this book, we present them to you in all their diverse forms. There is no doubt, of course, that skilful cooks also exist, as the body of creative and willing teachers involved in eTwinning continues to expand. This body of teachers brings to the feast their regional variations in approach and preference, a mixture of the flavours and colours of their cultures. That is what makes eTwinning so attractive!
