Amgen Teach provides secondary life science teachers in Europe with meaningful professional development opportunities through a new pilot science education programme.

Go-Lab created an infrastructure (the Go-Lab Portal) to provide access to online laboratories run by research centres and universities worldwide. These online labs can be used by universities, schools, instructors, students and lifelong learners to extend regular learning activities with scientific experiments, giving students a real experience of research work.

The objective of the project was to develop a methodology for evaluation of science fairs: European Schoolnet carried out a pilot evaluation of 5 European science fairs, the data was then be analysed in a research paper.

Space Awareness was an international project for children and teenagers, striving to increase their enthusiasm and knowledge of science and technology using the exciting possibilities of space, and inspiring them to pursue a career in relation to space subjects.

The STEM Alliance – inGenious Education and industry, brings together industries, Ministries of Education and education stakeholders to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education and careers to young Europeans and address anticipated future skills gaps within the European Union.

The overall objective of the SYSTEMIC project ("Say Yes to STEM In the Classroom") is to increase young Europeans' interest in maths, science, engineering and technology education and careers and to provide teachers with the appropriate pedagogical tools to enable them to teach STEM topics differently and in a more attractive way.

Scientix promotes teaching materials from STEM research projects, and supports Europe-wide collaboration among science and maths teachers, researchers, policymakers and other professionals in STEM education.

The project helped teachers to organize chemistry lessons, using the video "Chemistry: All about You" developed by the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) in partnership with UNESCO and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC).
