The Schools Tune Into Mars (STIM) project aims to improve effective and quality teaching of mathematics, science, engineering and technology (STEM) disciplines at secondary level and to increase young Europeans' knowledge, skills and interest in STEM education.

The TIWI - Teaching ICT with Inquiry project aims to provide upper primary and secondary school teachers with tools and skills in order to enable them, with the use of the inquiry-based approach, to teach coding and STEM subjects.

With Europe's shortage of STEM skilled labour force, there is a real need for innovative approaches to demystify science, increase the motivation of the pupils towards STEM subjects and offer teacher training into new ways of introducing science in the classroom.

Social Media Literacy for Change (sml4change) is a one-year project co-ordinated by European Schoolnet which aims to support European school leaders and teachers, particularly those working with young people at risk of being socially marginalised, to foster social media literacy (SML) in both their school and local community, thus reaching out to citizens at large.

European Schoolnet in collaboration with Triseum, a Texas based company, run the Triseum Validation Pilot. The project aimed to explore whether the use of these games increases student classroom engagement and motivation to learn and how two learning games of Triseum can be implemented by teachers and used by students in secondary schools in different countries in Europe.

SELMA (Social and Emotional Learning for Mutual Awareness) is a two-year project co-funded by the European Commission which aims to tackle the problem of online hate speech by promoting mutual awareness, tolerance, and respect.
