eTwinning

eTwinning is the community for schools in Europe. eTwinning offers a safe online environment for school staff (teachers, head teachers, librarians, etc.) to communicate, collaborate, develop projects, share, and be part of the most exciting learning community in Europe.

eTwinning promotes school collaboration in Europe through the use of ICT by providing support, tools and services for schools. eTwinning also offers opportunities for free and continuous professional development for educators. It also offers recognition for the work carried out by teachers and schools: European Quality Labels, National Quality Labels, eTwinning Awards and eTwinning Schools.

European Schoolnet operates the eTwinning's Central Support Service and collaborates with the National Support Services that coordinate activities at national level.

Since 2022, eTwinning has been part of the European School Education Platform

European School Education Platform and eTwinning are initiatives of the European Commission, funded by Erasmus+ and operated by European Schoolnet (EUN Partnership), under a contract with the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
