Amgen Teach provides secondary life science teachers in Europe with meaningful professional development opportunities through a new pilot science education programme.

Following a successful two-year pilot in four European countries that reached out to over 500 science educators, European Schoolnet, in collaboration with the Amgen Foundation and local training providers, has launched Amgen Teach in 10 European countries. Amgen Teach is a three-year professional development initiative, designed to further inspire and engage young people's interest in science by strengthening the ability of secondary school teachers to use enquiry-based teaching strategies in their classrooms.
