AI-Driven Educators Academy (AIDEA)
The AI-Driven Educators Academy (AIDEA) introduces a modular, research-backed training framework, moving beyond traditional teacher training by structuring AI education across three essential dimensions: Teaching About AI, ensuring educators develop deep AI literacy and ethical awareness; Teaching With AI, equipping teachers with AI-powered skills for formative assessment, adaptive learning, and classroom innovation; and Teaching For AI, preparing students for an AI-driven future through critical thinking and digital competencies. The project seeks to enhance AI literacy for educators across Europe, to implement AI-powered formative assessment in schools, and to foster cross-border AI teacher mobility and collaboration.
