Student Talent Bank

The Student Talent Bank project aims to promote entrepreneurial education in secondary schools among teachers in order to prevent early school leaving, facilitate the transition from school to work and increase students' engagement.

The project will support secondary school teachers in developing entrepreneurial competences through an online course, with a particular focus on diversity and talent management, and emotional intelligence. Furthermore, partners of the project are working together to develop an online platform, the Student Talent Bank, a motivation and take action tool designed to support teachers to manage school drop-outs.

ST Bank project is coordinated by ALDA and implemented together with European Schoolnet (Belgium), PLATON M.E.P.E. (Greece), Universidad de Valladolid (Spain), Inqubator Leeuwarden (Netherlands), Eurocrea Merchant (Italy) and the Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Iasi (Romania).
