Competences for 21st century schools online course

KeyCoNet is about to launch a new online course on Competences for 21st Century Schools on the European Schoolnet Academy. The course, completely free of charge, is intended for teachers and other educational professionals interested in competence-based education. The aim is to provide you with a thorough introduction to the issues and challenges related to making competence-based education a reality in the classroom. Furthermore, teachers will be given concrete tips on how to implement as well as on how to assess project-based learning. The course will start on 17 November, but you can already enrol and follow the latest updates on Twitter using #21skillscourse.

Final Conference

On 25-26 November 2014, KeyCoNet will host its final conference, launching its recommendations for policy makers and practitioners on how to improve the implementation of competence-based education in schools across Europe. The conference will take place at the Committee of the Regions in Brussels. Read the draft agenda and register on the conference website, where you will find all relevant details, by 7 November at the latest. Participation is free of charge!
