What is eExcursion?

eExcursion can be seen as an online alternative to an on-site visit to research institutes and laboratories. It is a multimedia presentation for science teaching and learning, exploring and using tools and facilities in science e-infrastructures, such as virtual or remote control experiments or videostreams. The ViSH portal provides an intuitive interface to browse through existing excursions and create new ones.

To submit your entry, register on ViSH, create your eExcursion, and attach two tags to it: “ViSHCompetition2013” and the name of the category you would like to compete in.

The submission deadline is 20 November 2013.

You will find more information in the competition flyer.
