Need help to find, plan and organise engaging educational school trips?

08/07/2014

Take the chance to get all the support you need to find, plan and organise your ideal school visit!
Agro-Know, winner of the first Europeana Creative Natural History Challenge, is building a simple yet sophisticated educational solution that aims to help primary and secondary school teachers find, plan and organise engaging educational school trip.

School trips are an important part of outdoor learning opportunities, contributing significantly to improving pupils’ personal, social and emotional development. Well-planned out-of-classroom activities, such as visits to the local museum or botanical garden, not only enhance pupils’ learning, but can inspire and motivate them to explore new topics.

Planning an out-of-classroom educational experience is often time demanding. Making the most out of a school trip can be challenging, especially when all information required is not easily accessible. The award-winning Pathways solution developed by Agro-Know aims at helping teachers make the most out of their museum visits by providing them with access to curriculum linked, customisable educational activities targeted to their teaching needs.

Agro-Know is offering a limited number of school teachers and headmasters the opportunity to get in touch and benefit from a customised trial of the Pathway award winning solution. If you would like to find out more or reserve a spot, please send an email to: mada@agroknow.gr.
