KeyCoNet: more and more education stakeholders involved in competence-based education

20 new organisations from 12 countries (Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden and UK) have joined KeyCoNet, the European Network on School Education, during the last two months, adding to our constantly growing competence-based education community.

KeyCoNet, funded under the European Commission's Lifelong Learning Programme, and coordinated by European Schoolnet, is a network of more than 90 organisations representing educational stakeholder groups from 23 European countries, focused on improving the implementation of key competences in school education.

Become an Associate member! What are the benefits?
  • New associate members can contribute to the Key CoNet network and benefit from it in several ways:
  • Influence a new policy area of high interest to the European Commission and to have a say in the final recommendations on KCD which will help shape the EU’s and member states’ positioning on this issue;
  • Network with several leading policy/research/practice organisations across Europe that have a stake in KCD as well as to identify opportunities for future collaboration with them;
  • Join networking events or network meetings and to participate in any of the online activities and learning opportunities organised by the KeyCoNet network;
  • Gain a solid overview on the state of play of KCD in Europe rooted in sound evidence provided by KeyCoNet policy, research and practice partners;
  • Display the KeyCoNet logo on your website and dissemination materials to demonstrate your organization's commitment to KCD.
