Webinar outline:

This webinar presents ideas and resources to promote student engagement in STEM subjects. These include the use of Science ‘memes’ on the laboratory door, the use of science toys in class to pique student curiosity, and the introduction of Edmodo and Twitter as novel tools for teaching and learning in the STEM classroom. The webinar also offers participants the chance to share their ideas and ‘tricks of the trade’ so that everyone can garner something interesting and useful from the session. This may help educators put ideas into practice with their own students.
