Rose Anne Camilleri
eTwinning National Coordinator and Education Officer, Ministry for Education, Youth, Sport, Research and Innovation, Malta
Rose Anne Camilleri holds a PhD in Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) & eResearch -Lancaster University, UK; an MSc in eLearning Interactive Teaching Technologies -University of Ulster, North Ireland; a B.Ed. (Hons) and a Diploma in IT in Education - University of Malta. Dr Camilleri is the current eTwinning National Coordinator for Malta and an Education Officer within the Directorate for Digital Literacy & Transversal Skills. She has also served as a primary class teacher as well as an eLearning support teacher (digital literacy support teacher). Her areas of interests include the field of digital literacy and the curricular integration of technology, eTwinning, global education and online course moderation. She has extensive experience in delivering workshops, webinars and training in the field of TEL both locally and internationally during seminars and conferences. Has published academic research in various journals and often serves as a peer-reviewer for research in local and international journals. She also serves as dissertation supervisor for students who are finishing their Bachelors and Masters degrees in the field of technology enhanced learning.
Neil Attard
Director, Digital Literacy and Transversal Skills (MEYR)
Neil embarked on his professional journey in marketing and brand building within the private sector. As his career progressed, he discovered a profound interest in people management, which fueled his growing involvement in this field. Presently, Neil holds a leadership position as the Director of the Directorate of Digital Literacy and Transversal Skills within MEYR. With a keen focus on emerging EdTech technologies and learning tools, he, together with his team, remains at the forefront of innovative educational advancements.
