Sarah Monfils

Coordinator of "Future space for education" (F.use) | Co-Lead FCL Ambassador - Institut de Formation de l'Education nationale (IFEN)

Sarah Monfils is a teacher and coach currently serving at IFEN (Institut de formation de l'éducation nationale) in Luxembourg, where she is working as a coordinator for the F.use am Schlass. With a rich international teaching background spanning Germany, France and Brazil, Sarah brings unique insights into multilingual education. Her professional journey includes teaching positions in Berlin, Bavaria, and Paris, as well as literacy development work in French Guyana. Previously, she taught at Lënster Lycée International School in Luxemburg and worked as an independent educational coach, supporting clients through various life challenges. Sarah holds teaching qualifications for primary and secondary school from Germany. Fluent in German, English and French, with growing proficiency in Luxembourgish, she is passionate about exploring how multilingualism shapes learning environments and student success in Luxembourg's unique educational landscape.
