Sampo Forsström

Lecturer, Project Manager, Lead Ambassador - The University of Eastern Finland Teacher Training School

Sampo Forsström is a lecturer, project manager, and an educational developer at the University of Eastern Finland Teacher Training School. He coordinates and leads various networks and projects related to new learning environments and educational technology. He is also the Finnish Lead Ambassador for the European Schoolnet's Future Classroom Lab network, which aims to create innovative and flexible learning spaces for schools across Europe. He has a keen interest in piloting and developing new pedagogical approaches and tools that enhance learning outcomes and motivation. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at national and international conferences and events on topics such as future classroom design, digital transformation, and teacher training.

Pedagogical consultant at Future Classroom Lab / CFU at University College Copenhagen / Campus Carlsberg. Danish Lead ambasador in the EUN Future Classroom Lab network. Interesed in technology, tinkering, creativity, play and playfull learning, Making and having fun. Engaged in www.CFUmaker.dk - Danish community and platform for Maker in education. Danish koordinator and translator of MITs coding app Octostudio, Danish translater of Geogebra. Leading editor of the Danish journal on math teaching and didaktics called "MATEMATIK".
